[Ruby gets a delivery that includes a box of chocolate covered strawberries, a bouquet of roses, a small jar of what is clearly gun polish, and a card that reads:
Miss Rose,
Making a rose-shaped chocolate is a lot more difficult than I thought, but giving up and dipping strawberries in the remains of my twelfth attempt is super easy!
...I know roses are your thing, too, but I can't make any other flowers, so I hope they'll make do?
Anyway, I needed to get something for my fellow sister-in-style. Guns and roses forever!

[Ruby will find an extra large box of chocolate chip cookies with her name on it. There's also a cute little planter with a single red, white, and black rose growing in it. Yang's Dunamis still leaves a lot to be desired but there's nothing she won't do for Ruby and that includes growing a rose with emotion magic so it'll have all her favorite colors on it.

Pyrrha knocks on the bedroom door of every single member of Team RWBY, or she happens upon Ruby in the kitchen/great room/basement/treehouse. Either way, no matter what happens, she will be perpetually accompanied by a certain someone. An obedient sort, the second best loved blond boy in her life, he has a one bark maximum for curious things - such as Ruby herself. (Woof!) ]

[ The scene will be familiar to Ruby. It starts with the faint sound of a familiar voice coming from outside, undoubtedly Pyrrha's. It's late at night, way past midnight, and she can probably already guess that Jaune has fallen back into his old habits.
Indeed, if she chooses to go outside, Jaune will be there training on his own, while listening to the same old recording of Pyrrha on his Scroll. One key difference this time is that his swings are stronger and faster, likely due to his time spent training with Lightning and Ozpin... not to mention the person encouraging him in the video. No longer just his partner, but also his wife, short as their time was.
At some point, Jaune forgets to pace himself, ignores the video loop and starts slashing his sword relentlessly at nothing in particular. Less focus and little more rage this time. Is he imagining a certain someone in front of him?
In any case, this goes on for a while, until Ruby decides to make her presence known. If she doesn't again, then he will notice her of his own accord this time. ]

On the 25th, if Ruby checks the Christmas tree in the Beacon house, she'll find a box with her name on it and a snowflake at the bottom of the card! Inside is a BEAUTIFUL SWEATER so that she can be warm and cozy for the Christmas season. ]

[ Months later, Minato is still deeply concerned that Ruby hasn't eaten takoyaki, so that's exactly what she's getting this holiday season. That's not all, though! She'll find a octopus plush toy in her box as well along with a note.

[ Because Oscar's never wrapped many presents before, and because Ruby's is the one he wrapped first, and because he tried hard to fix it when he started messing up, hers came out looking a good deal messier than his gifts to the others. But it'd kind of be a waste of paper to redo it from scratch, and although he's a little embarrassed, at least what's inside is nice: a pair of red earmuffs with a rose design to help her stay warm this winter. ]

The first gift is a space-saving wall mountable weapons holder to help contain Ruby's existing and no doubt still growing collection of weapons she has here in Verens. The other gift is an over-sized book Yang found at one of the local bookstores filled with pictures and descriptions of all kinds of Verens weaponry through the known ages. So many weapons to swoon over!]

As she cleans, she remembers one of the musicals she had watched recently, so she sings one of the songs and even plays the scene in her head. It was a really fun scene, so she can remember the dance moves fairly well. ]

[ The moment she sings, a mental transmission is created between her and Ruby without either of them knowing. Well, Ruby will know when she suddenly hears Weiss' voice in her head, anyway. An image of Weiss dancing with a bunch of people may also be seen, if Ruby concentrates on what she's hearing enough, anyway. ]
