Lots of wacky things happen during the course of this endeavor, such as them playfighting with a welding torch, eating gross take-away, him doing impersonations of others while she works on the complicated bits, then there are some explosions, nap times, karaoke night (???), more complicated tinkering while Jaune cheers on uselessly, them dealing with leaks from the ceiling on a rainy day, then fanning each other on a hot day, beta testing the weapon on a dummy that's modeled after Roman...
